Shipping and Payment Terms

Minimum Order Value

The minimum order value is €50.00 (value of goods incl. VAT). Orders below this amount are generally possible. In this case, however, the order value will automatically be increased to €50.00.

Example: If the value of goods in your order is €35.00, the amount payable will be adjusted to €50.00.

Shipping

We ship your order using standard shipping. Express shipping is currently not available.

Shipping Costs and Delivery Areas

• Germany: Shipping within Germany is free of charge for orders with a minimum order value of €50.00.
• Other European countries: For deliveries to other EU member states, we charge a flat shipping fee of €13.90 per order.
• Other countries: For delivery addresses outside Europe, no shipping option is currently available. Shipping to these countries is therefore not possible.

Delivery Time

Delivery takes place after receipt of payment using our standard shipping service provider. The estimated delivery time within Germany is generally 2–5 business days. Deliveries to other European countries may take longer accordingly. Specific delivery times are provided during the ordering process.

Payment Terms

The prices stated in the online shop are in euros and exclude statutory VAT.

The following payment methods are available to you – depending on the country of delivery and other criteria – and will be displayed specifically during the ordering process:

• Advance payment / Bank transfer
• Invoice

The available payment methods may vary depending on the country of delivery, order value or technical requirements. The options displayed during checkout are binding.

Due Date and Payment

The invoice amount is due immediately upon completion of the order, unless a different payment term has been expressly agreed. For payments by advance payment/bank transfer, the order will only be shipped after the full invoice amount has been received in our account.
